A colourful capture Mim, they do love their nectar. When you see that expression and that sharp beak you can begin to understand why most birds leave them alone and do not bully them, as their bite is one of the most ferocious, and even the Miners will feed along side them, seldom giving them trouble, especially if their is a small flock. .

I was trying to take some macros of bees feeding on the nectar when the lorikeet photo bombed the shot.
